Coleslaw
Dry
- 2 pkgs of chicken flavor ramen noodles (uncooked)
- 1 cup of dry roasted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 2 bunches of scallions (chopped green and white)
- 1 pkg of coleslaw (Dole recommended)
Sauce
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup of white vinegar
- season packets from the noodles
Combine all the dry ingredients, crunch up the noodles. In a blender, mix sauce for 5 minutes. Then pour over noodles and coleslaw mix and blend well, chill for about 1 hour and serve.
