Hot Corned Beef and Swiss Cheese Dip
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp finely chopped onion
- 1 T. ketchup
- 2 tsp spicy brown mustard
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese (about 3 ounces)
- rye crackers or cocktail rye bread
Preheat oven to 375.
In a large bowl combine well all the ingredients except the crackers
Transfer the dip to a small ovenproof casserole and bake it covered, for 30 minutes or until bubbles form around the edges. Remove the cover and bake the dip for 5 minutes more, or until it begins to turn golden. Serve warm with crackers or bread. Makes about 2 cups.
